Logs, which every web server keeps

A request arrives and the hosting provider records it: an IP address, the time, which page was asked for, whichever referring page your browser chose to disclose, and a user-agent string. These rotate out after a short period. Nobody reads them unless something has broken or somebody is attacking the site. They are never matched against a person, never sold and never handed to anyone else.

Nothing stored in your browser

No cookie is set by this domain. No tag manager, no pixel, no measurement script, nothing written into local storage or IndexedDB. Should your browser ever report a cookie on this hostname, something has gone wrong and we would like to be told.

The moment you leave for the seller

Product links carry an affiliate parameter. Following one transfers you to the seller's domain and to BuyGoods, where an entirely separate privacy regime takes over: their cookies, their analytics, their retention schedule. Everything that genuinely matters about a purchase, your name, your card, your shipping address, is handled on their side and never passes through this one. If their handling of it concerns you, their notice is the document to read, because this one has no authority over it.

What comes back to us is a monthly tally. Orders counted, commission earned. There are no names in it, no email addresses, no partial card numbers and no way to work out who any individual buyer was. We have not asked for that capability and would not use it.

Writing to us

Mail to hello@kerafirm-us.com reaches a human, stays until whatever it concerns is resolved, and is then deleted. No list, no marketing, no enrichment, no onward transfer to the seller. There is no reason to include an order number, health information or any part of a card number, and good reason not to.

Younger readers

Written for adults, not aimed at under-18s, and nothing is knowingly collected from them. The product under discussion is unsuitable for children for reasons the overview page covers in detail.

Asking what we hold

Many jurisdictions give you rights of access, correction, deletion and objection. Exercise them here and the reply will be short, because no profile exists to produce. We will confirm that in writing if it helps. Anything concerning an actual order has to be directed at BuyGoods, who are the party holding that information.

Hosting, transport and revisions

These are static files on commercial hosting, served over HTTPS. Typefaces, stylesheets and images all come from this same domain rather than a third-party CDN, so opening a page does not quietly announce your visit to anybody else. Absolute security is not a claim anyone should make, though with no database and no personal data at rest the exposure here is close to nil. Revisions replace this page and move the date beneath.
